Reservation details for your stay.
Please review the booking, payment, and house policies for Lake Life Collection before confirming your stay at Urban Beach House or Bayview House.
Payment Terms
- $250 deposit at booking and balance due 30 days before check-in. For reservations less than 30 days from check-in, 100% payment is due at booking.
Cancellation Policy
- A Tenant who cancels at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If a Tenant cancels between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
- Otherwise, the Tenant won't get a refund. The Landlord reserves the right cancel 14 days before check-in with a 100% refund. Seasonal changes may apply.
House Rules
- Check In time: 4pm. The House Manual, including Access Information, will be sent to guests 48 hours prior to check-in.
- Check Out time: 11am. Early check-in or late check-outs will be considered upon request.
- Check out procedures: wash the dishes; load and start the dishwasher; strip any used beds; gather used towels and put in the bathrooms; remove personal items; remove leftover food and drinks; take out the trash; turn off the lights; lock the doors.
- Return the keys to the lockbox on the fence to the West of the front door. If you used the garage opener, return it to the kitchen countertop. If you used the grill or fire pit table, turn off the propane tanks. Please text us when you leave and we hope you stay with us again.
- The primary renter must be at least 26 years of age.
- Gatherings of 10+ people must be approved by the host and event attendance is capped at 20 people. Events are approved on a case by case basis.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes are not allowed in the premises.
- Children are allowed and must be supervised.
- No using of the indoor fireplace. It is decorative only. Applies only at Urban Beach House.
- No feminine products, baby wipes or other non-septic items in the toilets.
- No loud noises between 10:00pm-9:00am.
Booking Type
- Reservations are instantly accepted upon booking.
Damage Protection
- Damage to the Premises caused by Tenant's negligence or their Overnight Guests' or other guests' negligence, whether by act or omission, will be repaired by Landlord and charged to Tenant. See rental agreement for details.
